Hi, I’m Molly Mammen, a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern and National Certified Counselor. I’m passionate about creating a supportive, thoughtful space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lynn University and have worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings since 2014. My experience includes supporting individuals and couples navigating life transitions, mood-related challenges, and, in some cases, substance use and recovery.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and personalized. I draw from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and person-centered therapy, while tailoring each session to meet your individual needs. I believe therapy should feel both supportive and practical—offering space for reflection while also helping you build tools you can use in your daily life.
I am particularly passionate about women’s mental health, including the perinatal and postpartum period, and am currently pursuing certification in perinatal mental health.
At Rust & Rose Therapy, growth begins with understanding. The parts of us shaped by experience and challenge can also be the foundation for resilience, clarity, and meaningful change. My goal is to provide a steady, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your story and move forward in a way that feels authentic to you.
